Build a web app called XTM for restaurant ordering and customer service. Use Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, and Stripe. Create two main surfaces: a guest-facing mobile-first app and a restaurant staff/admin dashboard. Guest app requirements: Scan/open a QR session link tied to restaurant and table. Browse menu categories, item photos, modifiers, allergens, and availability. Add items to cart, validate required modifiers, place an order, pay with Stripe, add tip, and receive a digital receipt. Submit common service requests like water, utensils, bill request, and help. Track order/request statuses in real time with WebSockets or SSE. Handle expired sessions, sold-out items, payment failures, and duplicate submission protection with idempotency keys. Staff/admin dashboard requirements: Queue view for new orders and service requests with urgency/status filters. Accept, prepare, resolve, cancel, and refund flows by role permissions. Menu management for categories, items, modifiers, pricing, taxes, hours, photos, and 86/unavailable states. Restaurant setup with branding, table/session management, and basic analytics. Audit log for staff actions. Data model should include Restaurant, Location, Table, Session, MenuCategory, MenuItem, ModifierGroup, ModifierOption, Order, OrderItem, ServiceRequest, Payment, Receipt, StaffUser, Role, and AuditLog. Build the primary screens: QR session landing page, menu browser, cart checkout, order status page, service request modal, staff queue dashboard, menu admin editor, and analytics summary. Add seeded demo data for one restaurant and three sample tables. Use responsive design, accessible color contrast, large touch targets, and fast loading states. Include API routes, server actions or tRPC, validation, and error states. Make the app production-shaped with clear folder structure, reusable components, and realistic empty states.
