Monitor PKL siswa with clear check-ins and company feedback.
PKLTrack is a monitoring app for schools, students, and company mentors to track internship attendance, activities, and performance in one place. It reduces manual reporting, improves supervision quality, and gives schools timely visibility into student progress during PKL placements.
Bu Rina, 39, School PKL Supervisor - Coordinates dozens of students across different companies and needs reliable visibility without chasing updates manually. She wants one dashboard to spot missing reports, see which students need help, and generate summary reports for her principal.
Pak Andi, 44, Company Mentor - Supervises several PKL students while also managing normal company work. He needs a lightweight tool that takes only a few taps to approve attendance, add notes, and confirm whether a student is on track.
Dina, 17, PKL Student - A student completing internship requirements and needing to record what she did each day. She wants a simple mobile-first flow that reminds her to submit updates and shows what her supervisor expects.
Bu Rina used to chase PKL updates through scattered WhatsApp messages, Excel files, and phone calls. Some students submitted late, some mentors forgot to reply, and by Friday she still could not tell which students were actually on track.
With PKLTrack, each student submits a quick daily log from their phone, the company mentor approves it in seconds, and Bu Rina sees the entire cohort in one dashboard. She spends less time collecting reports and more time helping students who truly need support, while the school gets cleaner records and faster semester summaries.

Build a responsive web app called PKLTrack for monitoring Indonesian student internship placements (PKL) at companies. Use Next.js 14, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and a Node.js API layer. The product must support four roles: school admin, school supervisor, company mentor, and student. Core features: 1. Auth and role-based access control with invitation-based onboarding. 2. Placement management: create schools, companies, mentors, students, and assign students to a placement with start/end dates and status. 3. Daily monitoring: students submit daily logs with date, arrival time, departure time, activity summary, optional attachment, and draft autosave. 4. Mentor review: approve/reject/request revision with comments. 5. Supervisor dashboard: show cohort status, missing logs, at-risk flags, filters by date/company/student, and weekly summary cards. 6. Notifications: in-app notifications plus email reminders for missing submissions. 7. Reporting: export CSV and PDF summaries, plus audit trail for edits/approvals. Primary screens: Login and invite acceptance, role-specific home dashboard, placement list/detail, student daily log form, mentor approval inbox, supervisor monitoring dashboard, reports/export page, audit log page, admin settings page. Data model: Organization, User, Role, School, Company, MentorProfile, StudentProfile, Placement, DailyLog, LogReview, Notification, AuditEvent, ReportExport. Include indexes on placement status, studentId, log date, and mentorId. Enforce unique daily log per student per date unless overwritten by authorized edit. Behavior requirements: Mobile-first UI for students, desktop-friendly dashboard for supervisors/admins, clear empty states, validation for missing fields and invalid dates, late submission warning instead of hard block, and accessible color contrast. Build the app with seeded demo data, protected routes, server actions or API routes, and basic tests for permissions and daily log validation. Keep the UI clean, fast, and production-ready.
