Your business in your pocket, updated in real time.
PulseApp is a mobile app for founders, managers, and field teams who need quick visibility into daily business activity without opening a desktop dashboard. It pulls together key metrics, alerts, and simple actions so users can check status, respond to issues, and keep work moving from anywhere.
Founder Maya, 34 - Maya runs a small software company and checks performance several times a day between meetings. She needs a fast way to know whether revenue, pipeline, and support are healthy without logging into multiple systems.
Ops Manager Daniel, 41 - Daniel manages a distributed operations team and spends much of the day away from his desk. He needs to monitor service levels, exceptions, and open tasks while keeping response times low.
Sales Lead Amina, 29 - Amina tracks pipeline health and team activity across several CRM dashboards. She wants a simpler mobile view focused on sales movement and follow-up actions.
Maya starts her day in meetings and used to jump between five browser tabs to see whether her company was on track. By the time she found the right dashboard, the numbers were already stale and she had missed two important alerts.
With PulseApp, Maya opens her phone and sees revenue, pipeline, and support health on one screen. A revenue drop alert arrives with context, she acknowledges it, posts a short team note, and moves on knowing the issue is visible.
The result is faster decisions, fewer missed signals, and less time spent checking dashboards. For the business, that means tighter operational control, better response times, and higher retention because the app becomes part of the daily workflow.
Team & resourcing - Small product team - 2 mobile engineers, 1 backend engineer, 1 designer, part-time PM, and part-time QA.

Users can sign in, join a workspace, connect data sources, pin key metrics, receive push alerts when thresholds are crossed, acknowledge or assign alerts, add notes/tasks, and share snapshots. Primary screens and flows: 1. Welcome and sign-in with email/password and Google Sign-In 2. Workspace join/create flow with invite code support 3. Home dashboard with 5–8 pinned KPI cards, freshness labels, and trend indicators 4. Metric detail screen with mobile chart, date range comparisons, target status, and related alerts 5. Alerts screen with severity filters, alert detail, acknowledge/snooze/assign actions 6. Collaboration screen or bottom-sheet actions for notes, tasks, mentions, and sharing 7. Settings for data sources, notification preferences, roles, and subscription Data model: Users, Workspaces, Memberships, DataSources, Metrics, MetricSnapshots, Alerts, AlertRules, Tasks, Notes, Shares, NotificationPreferences, AuditLogs, Subscriptions. Include multi-tenant workspace isolation, roles like owner/admin/member/viewer, and timestamps on all records. Tech stack: Use React Native with TypeScript for the mobile app, NestJS or Fastify with TypeScript for the API, PostgreSQL for persistence, Redis for caching and job queues, Firebase Cloud Messaging and APNs for push notifications, and OpenTelemetry plus a hosted log/metrics platform for observability. Use Stripe for billing and Google OAuth for authentication. Implementation requirements: Make the UI mobile-first, accessible, and fast. Add skeleton loading, offline read cache for recent dashboard data, and clear empty/error states. Build responsive charts optimized for touch. Add event tracking for signup_completed, workspace_connected, dashboard_viewed, kpi_pinned, alert_triggered, alert_acknowledged, and share_snapshot_created. Generate the full app scaffold, including navigation, reusable components, API layer, database schema, seed data for a demo workspace, and basic analytics instrumentation. Keep the codebase production-oriented and ready for iterative expansion.
